Basic electrode, low alloyed core, for all position welding except vertical down. In general it is used for gas, water and steam sealing surface deposit, for example, valves for sealing of stainless and wear plate. Welding of chromium stainless and heat resistant steels provide deposit metal colors matching with good polishing features. Hydrogen content HDM <5ml/100g. Hardness of metal weld is stable up to +500оС. Scale resistance up to +900оС
DC (+)
Electrodes after removal from packing redry 2-4h 250-300оС
After welding it is recommended to anneal at 650-750оС for improvement of impact strength value in metal seam and in a transition zone from the main metal.
