Austenitic stainless steel with good corrosion resistance is used in wells with an average concentration of CO2 (up to 30%) and low chloride (up to 2.5%), without the presence of H2S.
DHW 316 is economically feasible when replacing the carbon grade Carbon-9A, under the conditions of corrosive attacks of harmful impurities in the wells.
The wire is supplied seamless, without welded joints, on metal coils in protective packaging for safe transportation.
The wire is supplied in length, the maximum winding on the drum is 30’000 feet or 9’145 meters.
